An immersive and intensive three days workshop on fundamental concepts of Value Proposition Creation and its Applications.

- Three Core Modules that provide in-depth understanding on the following topics :
- Module 1 : Introduction to Value Proposition.
- Module 2 : Designing Value Proposition and example of industry specific case studies on winning propositions.
- Module 3 : Testing of Value Proposition and enablement through powerful business models.
- Concluding Section : A 360 degree view of the whole process of VP Design and Business Modelling.

- Testing Methods.
- Experiments in testing.
