The solutions are intended for pharmaceuticals / biotechnology / life-sciences industry clients in India. The solutions are developed on a novel, proprietary platform that employs technology solutions incorporating Data Management, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, Big Data Analytics, Scenario Modelling, Workflow Management, Data Visualization and Statistical Analysis designed to be able to handle very high value decision processes. Building Data Proficiency
Intellectus Consulting and Alan Becker LLC are pleased to formally announce the forthcoming launch of their “Building Data Proficiency” Program effective May 2023.
“Building Data Proficiency” is a global standard, practical, modular, case-based and framework driven program that is specifically designed to help build hands-on experience of practicing managers in driving data-based decision making. This program is the first of its kind for the Indian Pharma Industry.
The program is envisaged to be delivered as a 2-day deep dive immersion into the fundamentals of first building Data Literacy and followed by building on Data Proficiency. The modular program will comprise of three modules with ample dose of course work, pedagogy, group work exercises and case studies on real time data. There will also be a Pre-Program Work Assignment that will be assigned to all participants in advance so as to come equipped to the program. Needless to say, the program is designed to provide a rigorous, world-class immersive and intensive experience for all participants.

With 25 years of experience and advanced degrees in engineering and business, Alan has been a champion for data-driven decision making while working for large enterprises (Apple, Dow) as well as through founding multiple start ups and consulting in the US, Asia, and Africa.
He has taken his proven successes in product leadership for data analytics, high tech sales-ops management, engineering operations excellence and translated them into workshops for data-driven decision making across many disciplines. These include retail companies such as Sephora (LVMH), technology companies such as Apple and Frontier Communications, and for an array of start ups across many markets. Alan has a passion for the good use of data and a relentless eye on how to drive better outcomes through data literacy and data storytelling.
Alan has the perfect Ivy League credentials: He is BS in Computer Science Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, United States.
