Internal L&D / Training:

• Most internal employee trainings are planned and calendarized so as to avoid conflict with the already packed schedule.
• L&D team of top notch employers nominates colleagues to web based platforms like Coursera or LinkedIn Learning or edX for specific training. These are generally self-paced and certified ones through tie-up.
• However, majority of participants have reported less or no time to undergo self training due to immense work load. They feel that this can happen only if a mechanism gets worked out to prioritize training. What’s worse, even if they undergo the training, virtually no time is left at the end of the day to seek application.
